The Health Regulation Department within DHA is responsible for licensing healthcare services and professionals. Applicants must successfully pass the DHA exam to obtain licensure for practicing in Dubai.

- Passport (Front & Last Page)
- Educational Certificates (Higher Secondary Certificate, Secondary School Certificate, GNM / B.Sc. Certificate)

- Nursing Transcript and All-Year Mark List
- Experience Certificates
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certificate
- Good Standing Certificate (Valid and not older than six months)
- Additional documents for name changes in Passport
